How Can Life Coaching Help Me?
Often those closest to you won’t understand where you’re coming from (cue in “How can you be unhappy? You’re a doctor, you make a lot of money!”).
Or their advice/insights won’t be enough to help you find the root of the problem and come up with a real, permanent solution.
Your struggles may not be something you want to openly share at work with colleagues, due to fear of judgment and how you may be perceived professionally.
Self-help books can be amazing but usually aren’t specific enough to your situation.
That’s where I come in.
Not only do I understand your unique situation, but I’m also trained to help you figure it out in a loving, confidential, and non-judgemental space.
I’ll help you understand the real reason you’re unhappy at your job (trust me, it’s not always as obvious as you think).
If you decide to stay, we’ll target the root issues getting in the way of making your work enjoyable.
If you decide to leave, I’ll help you sort out your baggage, hold your head high, and go towards the things that excite you.
Out of the shadows and into the light. You know how quickly time goes by, so what are you waiting for?
Your future self will thank you.
Therapy aims to restore function and diagnoses and treats mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, disordered eating, and trauma. Therapy also tends to be more past focused.
Life coaching is more present/future focused and helps clients up level their lives so they can live more fully. A life coach does not diagnose or treat mental health concerns.
Yes, as long as you are getting the proper treatment you need for any mental health concerns, life coaching can be an amazing addition!
